COPSS Awards ceremony at JSM

The Committee of Presidents of Statistical Societies (COPSS) presented its annual awards at JSM Boston. Weijie Su received the COPSS Presidents’ Award; Larry Wasserman gave the Distinguished Achievement Award and Lectureship; and Amy Herring received the 2026 Elizabeth L. Scott Award. The Emerging Leaders awards went to Gwendolyn Eadie, Nhat Ho, Fan Li, Alex Luedtke, Xu Shi, Briana Stephenson, Linda Valeri, and Dootika Vats. More in the next Bulletin.
