Lu Lingzi has been named as the third victim in the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15, 2013. She was a graduate student in Boston University’s Department of Mathematics and Statistics. BU has endowed a memorial scholarship in her memory.
At her memorial service Lu Lingzi was remembered as someone who loved statistics, blueberry pancakes and her dog.
