The Journal of Computational and Graphical Statistics (JCGS) is now free online to IMS members. To access the journal, log in to the members’ area here.

JCGS is celebrating its twentieth year of publication in 2011. Its editor, Richard Levine, says, “JCGS works to improve and extend the use of computational and graphical methods in statistics and data analysis. It contains cutting-edge research, data, surveys, and more on numerical methods, graphical displays and methods, and perception.” Articles are written for readers who have a strong background in statistics, but are not necessarily experts in computing.
