The Electronic Communications in Probability (ECP) publishes short peer-reviewed research articles in probability theory. Its sister journal, the Electronic Journal of Probability (EJP), publishes full-length articles in probability theory. Short papers, those less than 12 pages, should be submitted to ECP first. Please see the Manuscript Submission page for new instructions. EJP and ECP share the same editorial board, but with different Editors in Chief.

This journal is a free access co-sponsored journal of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) and the Bernoulli Society.

Author or publication fees are not required.  Voluntary fees or donations to the Open Access Fund are accepted. Expenses not covered by voluntary payments are paid for by the co-sponsoring societies as a service to the community.

All works in this journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Current members of the EJP/ECP board are kindly requested not to submit manuscripts (including co-authored ones).
