The second annual IMS Frontiers in Statistical Machine Learning (FSML) workshop will take place on Monday, December 14, 2026, in Split, Croatia, co-located with ICSDS 2026. The 2026 themes are Generative and Foundation Models for Statistics and the Science of Deep Learning. The call for papers is open, with two non-archival tracks: a Workshop Track for short papers (travel awards available) and a new Fast Track for papers already accepted at major ML venues. Submission deadline: September 30, 2026 (AoE).
