The IMS New Researcher Group is organizing a virtual panel discussion focused on helping candidates navigate the academic job market. The panelists include senior and junior faculty members from different departments, including biostatistics, statistics, and business schools. Topics will include tips for preparing application documents, interviewing, and negotiating. We will also discuss tips for positions focused on teaching, particularly at liberal arts schools.
