The George Mason Statistics proudly announces our 30-year celebration. You are invited to join us on March 24-25, 2023, to celebrate our 30 years of teaching, research, and collaboration and interact with national/international leaders from academia, government, and industry. There will be a keynote talk on “Evolving ChatGPT: Data Engineering, Data Minding, and Data Intelligence” and a closing talk on “Genes, Brain and Us,” in addition to distinguished panel discussions from some of the best minds in Statistics and Data Science. There will also be posters, awards, and social events. For the complete information, visit https://statistics.gmu.edu/stat-30-years. FYI: March 24-25 is during the 2023 National Cherry Blossom Festival. George Mason is hosting the International Cherry Trees Bloom Prediction Competition again this year. To participate in our celebration, please register for either in-person or remote participation – limited verified remote registrants will receive a zoom link to the two talks when it gets close to March 24, 2023.
