Revisiting Guerry's data: introducing spatial constraints in multivariate analysisa
Stéphane Dray and Thibaut Jombart
Volume 5 Issue 4, pg. 2278-2299

Supplements

Title Implementation in R
Description This website hosts an R package containing the Guerry's data set (maps and data). The package contains also a tutorial (vignette) showing how to reproduce the analyses and the graphics presented in this paper using mainly the package. The package is also available on CRAN and can be installed using the \texttt{install.packages(``Guerry'')} command in a R session.

Bayesian Matching of Unlabeled Marked Point Sets Using Random Fields, with an Application to Molecular Alignment
Irina Czogiel, Ian L Dryden, and Christopher J Brignell
Volume 5 Issue 4, pg. 2603-2629

Supplements

Title R programs for Bayesian molecule alignment
Description The zip file contains R programs for molecular alignment using random fields. The main R program is fields8.r which carries out a Bayesian MCMC procedure. The programs were written by Irina Czogiel, with some later edits by Ian Dryden. There are two options in the program---simulation study (as in Section 4.4) of the paper, or comparison of two molecules using steric information (as in Section Application)

Title Steroids data
Description The zip file contains the data set of steroids first analyzed by (Drydenetal07). The data set of (x,y,z) atom co-ordinates and partial charges was constructed by Jonathan Hirst and James Melville (School of Chemistry, University of Nottingham).}

A Sparse Conditional Gaussian Graphical Model for Analysis of Genetical Genomics Data
Jianxin Yin and Hongzhe Li
Volume 5 Issue 4, pg. 2630-2650

Supplements

Title Supplemental materials for "A sparse conditional Gaussian graphical model for analysis of genetical genomics data"
Description The online supplemental materials include the simulation standard errors of Tables simu.tb2 and simu.tbl, two propositions on the Hessian matrix of the likelihood function and the convergence of the algorithm and the theoretical properties of the proposed penalized estimates of the sparse cGGM: its asymptotic distribution, the oracle properties when p and q are fixed as n>infinity and the convergence rates and sparsistency of the estimators when p=p_n and q=q_n diverge as n>infinity. All the proofs are also given in the supplemental materials.
